In order to meet the increasing demands of OEMs in the field of original equipment in the usual quality and efficiently, WANGGO has designed and implemented an individually tailored production line.
Work tables and automated presses
Automated presses with vulcanization widths up to 1,600mm, joint lengths up to 800mm and an automated cooling system form the specially developed setup for series production. Customized dies enable series production even for steep conveyor belts with cleats in the joint area. Integrated work tables with many useful functionalities increase efficiency in conveyor belt production enormously.
CNC – cutting plotter
With the latest generation CNC cutting plotter, your parts are cut with the utmost precision and labeled according to your wishes. Blanks can be made from an enormous range of materials such as rubber, conveyor belts, PU, TPU according to your requirements and wishes. Blanks for rubber and TPU / PU are realized here from batch size 1 to series production with high repeatability.

Conveyor belt production line
Together with one of our OEM customers, we have developed our own production line for the production of endless conveyor belts. Ideal for increased parallelism requirements of endless manufactured conveyor belts. We guarantee the best possible length tolerance when “set equality” is required.
Drum gumming machine
Constant contact pressure ensures uniform rubber coating of the drum, which optimally transfers the drive energy to the conveyor belt. This results in an efficient process, protection of employees and a consistently high quality of the bonding.
