KR August Wanggo began trading in tires in Linz/Urfahr after the Second World War.
What started small in Kirchengasse on the Danube was quickly expanded. In 1955, the company moved to larger premises in Wildbergstrasse, the number of employees increased over the years and branches were established. In parallel, the portfolio also grew, other rubber products were added to the range, competent colleagues were hired.
WANGGO rubber technology was founded in 1996. The site in Eferding was expanded three times over the years to become today’s competence center for conveyor belts and service, and the headquarters were relocated to Freistädterstraße in Linz.
Today, WANGGO Gummitechnik is the clear number 1 for conveyor belts and plant service in Austria.

Honesty paired with fairness and justice has described the actions of our company since its founding. Quality and service form the basis for a trusting relationship with customers. Fairness, time for each other and mutual respect are the foundation for longstanding, satisfied employees. As it should be in a family as well. That leaves traces. Then as now.
We are a family business that has grown considerably over the decades, but still lives the founding idea. This makes us a reliable, long-term partner.
