Wanggo’s innovative belt centering system permanently and reliably guides misaligned conveyor belts. The direct and delay-free belt guidance immediately prevents any misalignment. With the Novum, the proven system of conical outer rollers is continued in a newly designed and extremely robust substructure, resulting in a particularly stable troughing adjustment, a robust telescopic adjustment, simplified assembly without lifting the belt and particularly flexible usability.

Fix

With the FIX, we are presenting a new, economical alternative to the NOVUM. The FIX is installed on conveyor systems that do not require a troughing function. It continues to offer the proven manuzent performance and service life.

Prime Tracker

Due to its unique design, it behaves like an ordinary conveyor belt roller when the belt is running smoothly and only intervenes when the belt leaves its optimal position. Even the slightest off-center belt tracking is corrected with small forces and very low friction, thus preventing unnecessary wear. The Prime Tracker is largely maintenance-free and can also be used on conveyor belts with reversing operation.

Our roller stations, also called carrying stations or roller blocks, are the basic structure of every conveyor belt. They are jointly responsible for the stability and thus for the trouble-free running of the conveyor belt.
