Idlers

Support rollers allow the belt attached to it to rotate permanently. This allows effective and simple transport of any goods in large quantities. One idler consists of:

• Dust cover
• Splash water protection.
• Additional lip seal
• 6-fold labyrinth from own production
• The smallest possible distance between the individual labyrinth passages and the perfectly dimensioned grease chamber are a guarantee for a durable sealing system for all applications.
• Circlip and shim (GST only)
• Deep groove ball bearing – internal clearance C4 with bearing cage made of glass fiber reinforced polyamide 6.6
  Rear bearing seal (GST only)
• Axle – All axle machining, axle diameters 17-60 mm and reinforced axle diameters between bearings are available.
• Bearing housing dust and waterproof welded to the tube shell
• Idler tube – welded special idler tube with tolerances better than DIN Idler shell – blasted SA 2.5 and with plastic coating in RAL3000, layer thickness approx. 60 µm
